Our range of snacks began in the 1990’s, when our founder began cooking up homemade snacks and short-eats to traditional Sri Lankan recipes to give friends and family a taste of home. Soon, unable to keep up with the growing demand, we opened our first servery and here we are today as one of the UK’s largest Sri Lankan and South Indian food manufacturers!

Our range of snacks are still handmade to the same recipes to create that authentic taste of Sri Lanka. Whether it’s home to you, or a new cuisine you’re exploring, our range of snacks and short-eats are deliciously addictive thanks to their bold, unique flavours.

Murukku is a crunchy snack popular in southern India, and Sri Lanka. Murukku’s name derives from the Tamil word for "twisted” referring to its iconic spiral shape. Made from fried urad dal, you must try these crunchy, curry flavoured snacks.
